Amanda2024-08-29If I could give Benito 10 stars, I would! He is very professional, and his work is flawless. He arrived on time every day and let me know what areas of the house he would be working on that day (I was working from home the week he was here, so it was helpful for me to know where I could set up without disrupting his progress). He covered the floors where he was walking and also covered anything and everything to ensure they stayed clean while he worked (furniture/shoe racks/wall shelves). There was a leak in one of the upstairs toilets that we didn't know about, which eventually damaged the first-floor ceiling. (before picture attached) The new ceiling looks better than brand new! (after picture attached) We did ask after he started his work if he could fix another bathroom that needed the fan replaced (since the fan was not operating correctly, the moisture from daily showers started damaging the ceiling). Since this wasn't a part of the initial contract, I didn't think to take a before picture, but I did include the after picture to this review. He also fixed settlement cracks in various areas of the house. One thing that really stood out to us: we have an HVAC intake vent that is almost to the ceiling at the top of our staircase (it is out of reach unless you are on a ladder). There were settlement cracks that he worked on in that area, and he took it upon himself to wipe down the dust that had accumulated on the vent. He really goes the extra mile to make sure he takes care of his customers. I honestly didn't think that someone could make these areas look as good as he did. I would absolutely recommend Benito to anyone in need of a hard-working, highly skilled professional that you can trust with your home repairs. He was also very sweet to my dog. Thank you, Benito!
